Project Ideas

Go to Parent Profiles and browse through the profiles.

• Pick out which profile you would choose if you were pregnant and placing your baby for adoption.
  
• List all the reasons you would choose them to parent your child.
  
• List all the qualities you think it takes to be a good parent.
  
• Do you have those qualities?
  
• Can you make your own profile complete with pictures and information about your life.
  

Write down your current weekly schedule including all commitments and activities. Now, factor in a baby, and re-write your schedule -

• Do you have time to care for a baby?
• What changes would you have to make in order to support a child?
• Did you include working and school in your schedule?
• Do you think your boyfriend would help out?
• How much time do you think he would devote to you and the baby?
• Would you still have time for your friends and family?
